Terms of service

Thank you for using everydeck. These terms keep things clear between us.

“We”, “us” and “everydeck” mean XAVR LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St # 70950, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. The “Service” means everydeck.ai, the everydeck app at app.everydeck.ai, its API and MCP server, and the everydeck SDKs and tools. “You” means the person or organization that has an everydeck account.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy and our Data Processing Agreement. We may update these terms; when we make a significant change, we update the date above and tell account owners by email. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. These terms limit our liability.

Your account

  1. You are responsible for the security of your account and for making sure your team members do the same. We recommend turning on a second factor.
  2. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account, including what your team members and the coding agents you connect do on your behalf.
  3. An account belongs to a human or an organization. Accounts registered by automated means are not allowed.
  4. You may only connect apps, repositories and databases you are allowed to connect, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to send us the personal data of your users.

Acceptable use

Do not use everydeck to break the law, to violate others’ privacy or rights, to send spam, to attack or probe systems you do not own, to get around the limits of the Service, or to build a competing product from it. If you do, we may suspend or close your account.

Price and plans

  1. everydeck is currently offered on a Free plan with the limits shown in the app. We do not ask for a credit card, and we do not sell your data.
  2. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before anything is charged. Paid plans will only start when you choose one.
  3. We may change the limits of the Free plan. If a change reduces what you can do, we will tell account owners at least 30 days in advance by email.

Cancellation and termination

  1. You can delete an app, your team or your own account at any time in the app. A team or account deletion can be undone for 24 hours. After that, the data is deleted from our database, and from our backups within 7 more days. We cannot recover it after that. Use “Download everything” first if you want a copy.
  2. Removing everydeck from an app removes what everydeck installed. It does not delete data in your app.
  3. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, or refuse the Service to anyone, at any time. Where we can, we will tell you first. Abuse or threats toward anyone working on everydeck lead to immediate termination.

Changes to the Service

We may change, add or remove features, or discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service, we will tell account owners at least 30 days in advance so you can export your data.

Uptime, security and privacy

  1. You use the Service at your own risk. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a service-level agreement.
  2. everydeck notices and reports what it can see in the sources you connect. It does not promise to find every error, change or problem in your app, and it does not replace your own backups, monitoring or security reviews.
  3. We may limit an account whose usage harms the Service for others. We will contact the owner first, except in urgent cases.
  4. We protect your data as described in our Privacy policy. You agree that we process your data as described there and in the DPA, and for no other purpose. Our service providers are listed on the subprocessors page.
  5. For the personal data of your users, you are the controller and we are your processor. Our Data Processing Agreement is part of these terms and applies whenever the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA applies to that data. Under the CCPA we act as your service provider.

Your content and ours

  1. Everything you and your apps send to everydeck stays yours. You give us a limited license to use it only to provide the Service to you.
  2. Actions you run through everydeck (for example in your app or your Supabase project) are run on your instruction. Check what an action does before you approve it.
  3. We own the Service, including its software and design. The everydeck SDKs and tools are published under their own open-source licenses; those licenses apply to them. Ask us before using our name or logo.

Features and bugs

We build everydeck with care and test it before we ship, but no software is free of bugs. We work through reported bugs by priority, security and privacy first. We do not guarantee that the Service meets every requirement or is free of errors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, XAVR LLC is not liable to you or anyone else for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, goodwill, use or data, arising from the use or inability to use the Service, from unauthorized access to your data, from statements or conduct of any third party, or from any other matter relating to the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if we were told such damages are possible.

In plain words: using everydeck is a bet on us. We do our best to deserve it.
